Placing Your Order
Placing an order with us is easy. There's no need to create an account first. You will have done that once you've placed your first order online. Once you have have all the items in your shopping cart you can click on the 'Proceed to Checkout' button and enter you password for your new account and billing and shipping details. If you have already purchased an item from us, you need not enter all your billing information again, simply click on 'Previous Customer' which is located in the same page as the shopping cart window.
Finding Items
First you will need to click on the products button on the main toolbar above, this will display a list of categories for you to choose from. Alternatively, if you want a quick search simply click on the drop down box on the left of the screen for a list of available items and click Go! When you find an item that interests you, click the reference number of the item or the picture and it will show you a more detailed picture with the available sizes. Click the
button to add the item to your cart.
Remember you will always be able to remove items from your cart later.
To see what items are currently on the drawing board, click on pre-order on the left pane, you can pre-order these new items by clicking in the PRE-ORDER button and we will ship it to you when it arrives at the pre-defined date.
Adding Items to Your Shopping Cart
If you want to order an item, click the button on the right side of the detail page. Use the cart's "Continue shopping" button to keep browsing until your cart contains all of the items you want to order. You can access the contents of your cart at any time by clicking the View Cart icon at the top of every page of our Web site. You can always remove cart contents later my clicking on the delete button next to an item. Your cart is working for you so fill it up with items you want!
Proceed to Checkout
Take a moment to review all of the items you've placed in your Shopping Cart. If you decide that you don't want to purchase a particular item, click the "delete" button on the right of the cart. The item will
then be removed from your cart, and the price total will then be updated. If you wish to change the quantity of item in the your cart, simply amend the quantity field in the cart for your desired item and then click on the "Add / Change" icon on the left of the cart, this will again update the dollar value of your cart.
Previous Customers
Previous customers who have shopped online with us, do not have to fill in their billing and shipping details all over again. Instead you just have to click on the "Previous Customer" icon under the shopping cart and then you will be asked to supply your email address and password. The password will be the same password you entered when you purchased items online before. When you click "Continue Order" your account details will be displayed and you do not have to re-enter the information again unless they have changed. If your account details are not displayed, this mean you have either entered an incorrect password or email address combination or have not made a purchase with us before. At this point you will still be able to continue your order by providing the details again.
Enter a Shipping Address
Tell us where you would like to ship your order, if the item is a gift, write a gift message, item will be wrapped for free with your gift note inside.
Select a Shipping Method
Consider how quickly you would like to receive your order, and choose a shipping method. Shipping rates are calculated based on the total value of your cart. Our shipping rates are based on the total value of the cart. Click here to view the shipping rates table
Provide Method of Payment
We accept Visa/Mastercard/Discover/Amex/Diners/JCB & PayPal payments
Your credit card will show the name "HOME-N-LINENS"
If payments are made via PayPal will show PAYPAL*HOMENLINENS
