merchandise. Customers have come to expect a level of quality, durability
and value that's truly superior in the marketplace.
Home-n-Linens products are produced to its own,
internally developed high standards- more stringent than the more general
standards used by most of the industry. Fabric quality, construction
details, style, and sizing are constantly being reviewed and improved.
We hope
you will be satisfied with any product purchased on our website but if you
wish to return an item to us then we aim to make it as quick and convenient
as possible. Any item may be returned for any reason within 90 days of the
date of dispatch so long as it remains in a saleable condition. We will
refund the price of the item as soon as possible. ( Shipping, and Taxes are
not refundable )
Please note that, with the exception of faulty merchandise, we cannot
exchange or accept the return of certain items which have been opened and
used for example:
Custom Tablecloths made to your specification, tablecloths and other linens that have been
used.
If your items are defected or
damaged in anyway, please send an email to
returns@homenlinens.com
with your Order ID and Item Number, also include your reason for returning
and we will then give you instruction on how to return the
product back to us.
Please note we examine and catalogue all
products prior to shipping and document on the quality of the item before they
are delivered to the customer.
