Shipping Within U.S.A
Whatever the contents of your shopping basket we charge a $6.95 Flat Rate for domestic U.S. Shipping. We usually ship by Federal Express. Delivery times are approximately between 5-10 days, usually our customers get them a lot quicker. From time to time we may have free shipping options during certain periods or if your cart reaches a certain dollar amount. Sign up to our mailing list to get notified when we have free shipping.
Free domestic shipping within continental U.S. applies to all orders over $100.
Home-n-Linens ships world-wide via the United States Post Office. Our Flat Rate for all shipments to Canada and U.S. territories (Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico and USVI) is $29.00. For other destinations we offer a flat rate of $49.00. Delivery times vary by destination and can range 10-21 days. All currencies on this website are quoted in United States Dollars.
Notes for International Buyers :
You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from Home-n-Linens, you are considered the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Most of the time however we declare these as personal gift items and usually you are not required to pay duty on personal items.
If you don’t like it, return it within 30 days!
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
