Where does my shipment come from ?
All our tablecloths are located in our distribution centers in
California, your item will be shipped from any one of our centers depending
on which warehouse have the requested item you are interested in.
How Do I check if my order has been shipped?Once your order is placed you can check the status of your
order online immediately.
You can click the 'shipment status' link above and type in your email address and
password
to retrieve your order history.
How long does it take for my item to reach me?
If you have ordered a Pre-Order Item then the availability of that item would
have already been informed to you. If you have ordered other regular items
on this site we normally ship your items out within 24 hours after receiving
your order. The lead time for shipping will depend on
your chosen shipping method. Refer to the Shipping Rates section in the help area for more
info.
